Top training in 3 years

With a specialization in gardening and landscaping, your three-year training program combines theory with plenty of practical experience—from the classroom to the construction site or production greenhouse. Experienced vocational and practical trainers will accompany you throughout your apprenticeship and ensure you receive a well-rounded, varied education.

1st year of apprenticeship

Basic training and first practical assignments.

Salary: CHF 750-800

2nd year of apprenticeship

Deepening knowledge and working independently.

Salary: CHF 950-1000

3rd year of apprenticeship

Specialization and preparation for graduation.

Salary: CHF 1100-1350

Please note:

The exact wage ranges can vary slightly depending on the region and company. A meal allowance is usually provided in addition.

In gardening and landscaping, you do more than just mow lawns. You design places where people feel comfortable: paths, gardens, sports facilities, and outdoor spaces that are used every day and last a long time.

You work outdoors, operate modern machinery, and at the end of the day, you can see what you have created with your own hands—visible, meaningful, and varied.

Training courses

Every year, we hold our winter training with the apprentices.

All our learners go through the following topics in a weekly cycle:

  • Natural stone processing and finishing
  • Plant knowledge
  • Pruning fruit trees

The aim of this training is to support apprentices from the 1st to 3rd year of their apprenticeship in line with their level and knowledge, to consolidate and practically apply what they have learned and to prepare 3rd year apprentices for their final exams.

We would like to thank all of our employees for the successful annual event.
