The reference project was the redesign of the garden area of an apartment building at Sonnenstrasse 45. The challenge was to create a versatile, aesthetic and functional garden that meets the needs of all residents - from families with children to senior citizens.
Impressions

Planning and design phase:
- Needs analysis: In the initial phase, we held detailed discussions with the residents to understand their wishes and needs. This helped us to develop a customized concept.
- Innovative design: Our team of landscape architects came up with a creative and sustainable design that integrates different areas such as playgrounds, relaxation oases and communal garden areas.
Selection of plants and materials:
- Plant diversity: We selected a variety of native plants that provide year-round color and texture while being easy to care for.
- High-quality materials: Only high-quality and durable materials were used for paths, terraces and seating areas, making the garden both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
Construction phase
- Efficient implementation: Thanks to our experienced landscape gardeners and careful planning, the construction phase went smoothly. We paid particular attention to minimizing disruption for the residents.
- Sustainable irrigation: An automatic irrigation system has been installed to ensure efficient and environmentally friendly watering of the plants.
