As an apprentice gardener specializing in gardening and landscaping, you can expect a varied and fascinating time. You will not only work with nature, but also with plants, machines and various materials. We also work outdoors all year round. Bächler+Güttinger AG offers interested young people sound training in the areas of sports ground construction, horticulture and garden maintenance. In this way, places of encounter, empowerment and inspiration are created - both on a large and small scale.
From August 2026, apprenticeships as gardeners and landscapers EFZ or EBA will be available at our site in Kiesen. You have the opportunity to find out more about the profession and our operations by completing a trial apprenticeship with us. This allows you to immerse yourself directly in our exciting world and gain a first impression.
General information:
- Training: EFZ 3 years, EBA 2 years
- Vocational school: 1 day per week
- Qualification: Federal Certificate of Competence in Gardening and Landscaping or Federal Vocational Certificate
- Good prospects: Foreman, machine operator, site manager, landscape architect
- To guarantee a successful apprenticeship, we offer additional Saturday and winter training courses. In these training courses, we give you enough time to practice practical work and consolidate your skills

- You have successfully completed compulsory secondary school and now want to pursue your interest in plants
- You have strength, enjoy being outdoors and are not afraid of heights
- You enjoy working in a team
- Creativity is your thing and you want to get involved in design
