Winter training

Apprentice support at the highest level!

Every year, we use the quiet winter period for our winter training with the apprentices.

All apprentices go through the following topics in an exciting weekly cycle:

• Natural stone processing and finishing
•  Plant knowledge
•  Pruning fruit trees

The aim? To support our apprentices from the 1st to 3rd year of their apprenticeship in a way that is appropriate to their level and knowledge, to consolidate what they have learned and to apply it in practice. The 3rd year apprentices in particular are made fit for their final exams!
